Technical installation and commissioning.
Delivery does not end at the loading dock. The machine arrives configured, not boxed — we install it, connect it to the print queue or network the site uses where that is in scope and access is available, verify the serial against your register, and leave a signed sheet with the person who took delivery.

The work, itemised.
Seven things happen on an install. If a quote does not name them, it is a delivery quote wearing an installation label.
Multifunction devices and printers
Sited and powered, then networked and put on the queue the floor prints to where that is in scope. Finishers, trays and consumables fitted, test print run in front of the person who signs.
Print management configuration
Monitoring software and PaperCut configured on site against your environment where included in scope and access is available, not from a generic profile. If the site uses follow-me printing or card release, it is tested before we leave.
Asset verification
Every serial is checked against your asset register at install, not transcribed from a delivery docket. Discrepancies are raised on the day rather than found at audit.
Comms room and rack work
Cabinet mounting, patching and cable management for the hardware we deliver, kept to the standard the site already runs to.
Decommission and swap-out
The old unit goes when the new one lands. Removed, wiped or returned to your disposal process, and logged out against the same register.
End-user handover
A short walkthrough with whoever will use the device, so the first support call is not about where the scan button is.
The whole chain, in-house
Receiving, unboxing, run-up, configuration, delivery and install are all Honor's own technicians. There is no point in the job where it is handed to a third party, which is why the record has no gap in it and why one contract covers the lot.
Configured before it ships. Signed before we leave.
Installation is the last step of a sequence that starts at the Mortdale bench. Nothing arrives on a site untested.
Run-up at Mortdale
Power on, firmware and OS load, configuration, serial verification, test print. Signed at the bench before it is allowed on a truck.
Site sequencing
Staged on pallets by site and loaded in install order, so the crew works a floor in one pass instead of chasing units around a building.
Install and configure
Sited, networked where in scope, monitoring software and PaperCut configured where required, print queue tested on the day.
Verify and sign off
Serial checked against your register, old unit logged out, signed sheet left with the person who received it. Name, role, date, serial.

The paperwork is the product.
A rollout is only as good as what it leaves behind. These are the records you can hold us to, and the ones your auditor will ask for.
Signed installation sheet
Per device. Name, role, date and serial of the person who accepted it on site.
Serial reconciliation
What was installed against what your register says should have been, with any discrepancy flagged on the day.
Run-up record
The bench sign-off from before despatch, so the device's history starts before it reached the site.
Decommission log
What was removed, where it went, and who authorised it.
What buyers ask us.
- Can you work outside business hours?
- Yes, on request — evenings and weekends both. Out-of-hours work is charged at the standard day rate plus 50%.
- Do your technicians hold site inductions?
- Police-checked technicians, construction induction (white card) and WHS certification are held. Site-specific inductions are completed before the crew attends.
- What insurance do you carry?
- $20,000,000 public and products liability, with a certificate of currency available on request. NTI Carriers Protect covers goods in transit.
- How quickly can you mobilise a rollout?
- One to two weeks where possible, and toward the longer end for a larger rollout or anything needing installation and site coordination. Short notice can often be accommodated — it depends on the week rather than on a policy.
- Do you install hardware you did not supply?
- Yes. The sequence is the same whether the hardware came through us or arrived from your supplier — it is run up at Mortdale first either way.
- Who do we call during a rollout?
- One coordinator for the whole run, so you are not re-explaining the job to a different person each week.
The rest of the work.
Most rollouts touch more than one of these. They run on the same crews and the same paperwork.
What this is usually bought for.
The equipment classes this capability is most often part of. Same crews, same records — the difference is what is on the pallet.
How can we help you?
Tell us the sites and the machine count. We will come back with a scope, a schedule and a price, not a brochure.
