Sensitive freight is not a vehicle type. It is a paperwork discipline that does not have gaps in it.
Serial logged at both ends
Recorded at pickup and again at handover. Two entries against the same unit, so a gap is visible rather than assumed away.
Police-checked crews only
The same named technicians, not a subcontracted driver who has never been on your site.
High-value and technical equipment
Servers and network equipment, diagnostic and laboratory instruments, production print and wide-format machines, and commercial equipment that is not replaceable off a shelf. Handled by people who know what they are carrying.
Data-bearing devices
Units holding data are tracked as individual assets from pickup to handover or to your disposal process.
Controlled handover
Released only to a named recipient. If the named person is not there, it does not get left at reception.
Documented exceptions
Anything that deviates from plan is written down on the day, with who authorised it.
Fragile and technically sensitive loads
Equipment where the risk is calibration, alignment or a component that does not tolerate handling, rather than theft. Identified on the survey, protected before it is touched, and moved on a planned run rather than consolidated with general freight.
A chain of custody with one gap in it is not a chain of custody.
Serial at pickup, serial at handover, and a named person against each. If we cannot produce both entries, we have not done the job.

Log at pickup
Serial recorded, condition noted, signed by the person releasing it.
Sealed and staged
Held secure at Mortdale if the run is staged, with a location against the unit.
Move with the same crew
The people who picked it up are the people who deliver it. No transfers between unknown hands.
Log at handover
Serial checked again, released to a named recipient, signed. Name, role, date, serial.
Screened before we quote.
Secure work gets screened harder than general freight. This is what Honor holds, and can produce on request.
What buyers ask us.
- Are your crews police-checked?
- Yes. Police-checked technicians, construction induction (white card) and WHS certification are held, and the same named crew runs the job end to end.
- Can you wipe or destroy data-bearing devices?
- Data destruction is performed by a specialist subcontractor rather than in-house. What Honor keeps is the custody record — the device tracked as an individual asset with a serial entry at both ends, so what went for destruction is evidenced rather than assumed. A Certificate of Data Destruction is issued by Asset LifeCycles Management Group (ALM Group).
- What happens if the named recipient is unavailable?
- The unit is not released. It returns to the secure hold at Mortdale and we reschedule, with the attempt recorded.
- Can we audit the custody record?
- Yes. The pickup log, handover log and any exception notes are yours on request for the life of the contract.
