The record, not a portal.
Honor tracks every unit it holds or moves: a pallet location and a days-in-storage count while it is on our floor, a bench sign-off when it is run up, an out-log when it leaves, and a signed sheet when someone receives it.
Today that record is produced on request rather than through a self-service login. Ask your coordinator and you get the current position for a unit, a site or the whole run.
A customer-facing view of that record, connected to Honor's job-management system, is planned. Until it is live this page describes the record itself, which is produced on request.
Four movements, four records.
A unit that cannot be located is a unit that was never properly booked in. These are the four entries that prevent that.
Booked in
Logged against your asset register on arrival, condition noted, allocated a pallet location.
Held and counted
Pallet location and days-in-storage count against the unit, so stock on hand is a fact rather than an estimate.
Run up and signed
Powered on, configured, serial verified, test printed, signed at the bench before despatch.
Out and received
Logged out against the docket, then signed for by the person who received it. Name, role, date, serial.
Any of these, on request.
You should not have to visit the building to answer a question about a unit. Ask your coordinator instead.
Status by serial
Where a specific unit is, how long it has been there, and what has been done to it.
Stock on hand
Everything held for you, with a pallet location and a days-in-storage count against each unit.
Signed installation sheets
Copies of what was signed on site, per device.
Decommission log
What was removed, where it went, and who authorised it.
What buyers ask us.
- Is there a portal I can log into?
- Not yet. A customer-facing view connected to our job-management system is planned; today the record is produced on request by your coordinator.
- Do you track units you only transported?
- Yes. A unit that was never stored still has a pickup entry, an out-log against the docket and a signed receipt at the far end.
- How long is the record kept?
- For the length of the contract, and available on request.
