Information we hold.
When you submit the quote form on this site we collect the details you give us: your name, organisation, email address, phone number, the type of work you need, the number of sites and machines, and any notes you add. We collect this so we can prepare a quote and contact you about it.
When we work for you, we hold records about the hardware involved — serial numbers, pallet locations, install dates, and the name and role of the person who signed for a delivery. These records exist so a job can be audited and reconciled against your asset register.
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
We do not collect sensitive information as defined by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) through this website.
What happens to it.
To quote and deliver work
Preparing a scope, schedule and price, and running the job you engage us for.
To keep job records
Custody, installation and decommission records are retained so a job can be audited and reconciled.
To meet legal obligations
Where we are required to retain or produce records by law.
Not for sale or marketing lists
We do not sell personal information, and we do not add enquiry details to a marketing list without consent.
Who else sees it.
Quote enquiries submitted through this site are delivered to us by email through a third-party email service. Website hosting is provided by a third-party platform. Both may process data outside Australia.
We may disclose information to subcontractors or partners where they are performing part of a job for you, and only to the extent needed to do that work. We do not otherwise disclose your information to third parties without your consent, unless required by law.
Access, correction, complaints.
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it if it is wrong. Contact us using the details on this page and we will respond within a reasonable period.
If you think we have mishandled your personal information, tell us first and we will try to resolve it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
How can we help you?
Tell us the sites and the machine count. We will come back with a scope, a schedule and a price, not a brochure.
Pick the one closer to your job and we will tailor the response.
