What people ask us.
- Are you a removalist?
- Yes — residential and commercial removals are work we do and still actively quote. Honor also runs technical hardware deployment, which is where the crews, screening and record-keeping come from.
- Can you store our things between homes?
- Yes. Belongings hold at Mortdale with a location against each pallet and a days-in-storage count, which matters when settlement moves.
- What insurance covers our belongings?
- Goods in transit are covered under NTI Carriers Protect, and Honor carries $20,000,000 public and products liability. Certificates of currency are available on request, and the limit that applies to a household move is confirmed in writing before the date is booked.
- Do you move on weekends?
- Yes, on request. Weekend and out-of-hours work is charged at the standard day rate plus 50%.
