Office relocation.
An office move is a technology move with furniture around it. Ours is run by the technicians who install hardware for a living, so the floor is working on Monday rather than unpacking.

The move, itemised.
Anyone can shift desks. What determines whether Monday works is whether the technology was decommissioned and reinstalled properly.
Whole-floor and whole-site moves
Sequenced so the functions the business needs first are working first, rather than everything arriving at once and nothing being usable.
IT decommission and reinstall
Devices logged out at the old site, moved under custody, then reinstalled, reconnected and reconfigured — not unplugged and stacked in a corner.
Comms room migration
Racks, patching and cabling handled by technicians rather than treated as heavy furniture.
Desk and workstation churn
Internal moves and floor reshuffles, run with the same records so the asset register stays current.
Weekend and after-hours
Scheduled outside trading so the business does not lose a day.
Storage between sites
If the new premises are not ready, the fleet holds on pallets at Mortdale with a location and a days-in-storage count against every unit.
Most office moves are judged on Monday morning, not on moving day.
The furniture arriving is not the milestone. The milestone is a floor where people can sit down and work.
Out under custody. Back in working.
Planned backwards from the first trading day at the new site, not forwards from when the truck is available.
Survey and register
What is moving, what is being retired, and what has to work first at the far end.
Decommission and log out
Devices logged out against the register and labelled to their destination position, not just to a room.
Move or hold
Straight to the new site, or held on pallets at Mortdale with a location against each unit if it is not ready.
Reinstall and sign off
Sited, reconnected, reconfigured and checked against the register. Signed with the person who received it.

What buyers ask us.
- Are you a commercial removalist?
- We do commercial removals, but the reason clients use us is the technical side: the IT is decommissioned, moved under custody and reinstalled by technicians, with a signed record against every device.
- Can you move us over a weekend?
- Yes, on request — evenings and weekends both, which is how most tenanted buildings prefer it. Out-of-hours work is charged at the standard day rate plus 50%.
- Do you reinstall the IT or just move it?
- Reinstall. Devices are reconnected, reconfigured and checked against your register by the same technicians who do our installation work.
- What if the new premises are not ready?
- The fleet holds on pallets at Mortdale with a location and a days-in-storage count against every unit, and the move is rescheduled.
- What insurance covers the move?
- $20,000,000 public and products liability, and NTI Carriers Protect goods-in-transit cover. Certificates of currency for both are available on request.
- How far ahead should we book?
- One to two weeks where possible. A larger move, or one that needs installation and site coordination, wants the longer end of that. Short notice can often be accommodated subject to availability.
The rest of the work.
Most rollouts touch more than one of these. They run on the same crews and the same paperwork.
What this is usually bought for.
The equipment classes this capability is most often part of. Same crews, same records — the difference is what is on the pallet.
How can we help you?
Tell us the sites and the machine count. We will come back with a scope, a schedule and a price, not a brochure.
Pick the one closer to your job and we will tailor the response.
