Care comes first.
In a clinical setting the install plan is subordinate to the clinical day. That has to be designed in, not apologised for.
Work scheduled around clinical activity
Around ward rounds, theatre lists and clinics, agreed with the site rather than assumed.
Corridors and egress kept clear
Staging planned so access routes and fire egress are never obstructed, even mid-install.
Police-checked crews
The same named technicians, screened, in an environment where patients and records are present.
Patient-data-bearing devices
Units that may hold patient data tracked as individual assets from pickup to reinstall or disposal.
Staged delivery
Held on pallets at Mortdale with a location against each unit, delivered in the quantity the ward can absorb.
A device holding patient data is an asset with a custody record, not a box on a trolley.
Serial at pickup, serial at handover, named person at both ends, and the old unit logged out against the same register.
What buyers ask us.
- Do your crews hold health-sector clearances?
- Technicians attending sites are police-checked and hold construction induction (white card) and WHS certification. Site-specific inductions are completed before the crew attends.
- How do you handle devices that may hold patient data?
- They are tracked as individual assets from pickup through to reinstall or your disposal process, with a serial entry at both ends. Where destruction is required it is performed by a specialist subcontractor rather than in-house. A Certificate of Data Destruction is issued by Asset LifeCycles Management Group (ALM Group).
- Can you work around theatre and clinic schedules?
- Yes. The install plan is built around the clinical day, agreed with the site, and staged so a ward only receives what it can absorb.
Who else Honor works with.
The method is the same. What changes is the constraint each sector screens on.
How can we help you?
Tell us the sites and the machine count. We will come back with a scope, a schedule and a price, not a brochure.
